What if I've lost my proof of purchase?

Does the guarantee transfer if I sell the product?

Brabantia guarantees are tied to the original purchaser and proof of purchase. They don't automatically transfer to a new owner, though we're sometimes able to help on a case-by-case basis.

Can I buy an extended guarantee?

Brabantia doesn't currently offer extended guarantees beyond the standard periods. However, given the build quality of their products, most customers find the standard cover more than sufficient.

Do you deliver outside the UK?
